As such, employees are empowered to take risks, challenge the status quo, and dare to be more.

  • Innovation

Innovation is at the core of everything we do. We push the limits of science and technology to solve unmet needs in chronic eye diseases for the benefit of patients worldwide. In doing so, we are pursuing ground-breaking innovation in glaucoma, corneal health, and retinal diseases as we strive to become the next formidable comprehensive eye care leader. Our platforms are disruptive, our ideas are big, and our mission is ambitious.

  • Corporate Responsibility

Our mission is to transform vision by pioneering novel therapies that advance the standard of care and improve outcomes for patients suffering from sight-threatening chronic eye diseases. We will achieve the mission with integrity and enhances the lives and well-being of our employees, customers, patients, investors, and communities. Continuing to grow and enhance our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies and programs is a key priority for us and our commitment to continuous improvement as responsible corporate citizens is unwavering.

  • Global Charity

We encourage our staff to volunteer by awarding employees Volunteerism time-off.

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

We believe that broader perspectives increase our ability to drive innovation. We have sought to create a culture that understands the power of diversity and the importance of a respectful environment, where all employees feel valued for who they are and the unique perspectives they bring. In 2021 we implemented our DEI Forum, a cross-departmental advisory council comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide oversight of our diversity and inclusion initiatives. We implemented a Human and Workforce Rights policy, Anti-Harassment Policy, and Equal Opportunity (EEO) Policy to ensure every employee feels safe and welcome at Glaukos.
